Our thorough and detailed training program consists of online training modules, in-person classes, and training shifts with mentors. Each team member must complete levels of training and various certifications that focus on safety protocols, cleaning procedures, dog behavior, and dog enrichment to ensure your pets are having a safe and fulfilling experience while in our care!

Hello! My name is Jesse and I have been at Ruff Housing for 14 years in a variety of positions. I am currently enjoying customer service and being one of the happy faces you see when you drop your beloved dogs off for daycare, boarding and grooming. I'm also the voice you hear when you pick up the phone to call and ask questions or make a reservation. I pride myself on tailoring services to you and your dog's specific needs including specialized services for dogs with a variety of social, health and behavioral needs. It is of the utmost importance to me that you and your dog have both a fun and positive experience their entire stay with us. Whether it's your first visit or your hundredth, I love seeing all those excited tail wags each and every day. Here at Ruff Housing I specialize in making every pup feel their best - whether that means a breed-specific cut, a de-shedding treatment, or just a good scrub and nail trim. I do my best to create a calm, gentle environment so even nervous dogs can relax and enjoy their spa day. I treat them like they are my own! Hi, I’m Jasmine Varney, the Center Manager at Ruff Housing Witt St. I’ve been with Ruff Housing since 2021 and spent 2.5 years as an Assistant Manager before moving into my current role. I absolutely love working with dogs and being part of a team that’s dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and loving space for every pup that walks through our doors. I have three amazing fur babies of my own at home, so I know how important it is to trust the people caring for your pets — and I treat every dog here like they’re part of my family.
